Good question! We are passionate about healthcare being accessible and understandable for every single one of our patients. We know what it is like to feel rushed, not listened to, to feel like a number. Most healthcare providers who take insurance, have to see a certain number of patients every day in order to make ends meet – pay for fancy lobbies, multiple staff, equipment, etc.
We don’t have the type of overhead expenses that many of the large, multidisciplinary practices have.
While we don’t have an in-house lab or x-ray machine, we can send you to one that takes your insurance. The trade-off is that a real live person will answer the phone, or if we can’t answer and you get our voicemail, one of us will get back to you that day.
